Doraemon's best friend and relative..

1. Nobi Nobita

Nobi Nobita, Doraemon's master and best friend, likes playing baseball and sleeping. However, he sometimes does not like a master because he is kind of lazy, naughty and timid. For example, he always daydreaming in the class and forgot to do the homework. According to statistics, Nobi was fighted by Kouta Takeshi for 173 times; abused by teacher for 20 times; abused by mother for 327 times; bited by dog for 23 times; fell into ditch by 14 times. But he still live with an optimistic mind. Doraemon always help and protect him as a father. I believe that Nobi could not live longer when he lose Doraemon.

2. Dorami

Dorami is Doraemon's sister. She is a better robot than Doraemon because she always take out the best machine to help people. She usually appear to help Nobi when Doraemon have no time to take care of him. There is a pretty good relationship between her and Doraemon. She always think of her brother's feeling, so she fold her ears to the shape of bow tie. (because Doraemon has no ears, she does not want her brother sad.)

          One of Doraemon’s most commonly used gadgets is the 
dokodemo door, a door which allows travel to anywhere by simply going through the door. In an early story, the door is able to travel to the end of the universe, but in later chapters, the door is said to only be able to travel a maximum distance of 100,000 light years and cannot access other dimensions. 
           Another limitation of the door is that it can only safely connect two known locations in its mapping computer, which also has a limited range of information based on Time as shown in the movie “Nobita’s Dinosaur.”

Dorayaki

             
        Doraemon's favourite food is dorayaki (どら焼き), a Japanese treat filled with red bean paste. Collecting Dorayaki will refuel Doraemon's health quite a bit, but not completely. If Doraemon has a very long health meter, and is very low on health, it may take two dorayakis to completely heal Doraemon.










               The Key quite naturally opens all of the Treasure Chests that Doraemon finds scattered throughout the Underwater world.

Why Doraemon doesn't have ears ?

He is a cat who has a round head, a round face, two round hands and a round body. However, he has no ears! That seems like a ridiculous thing! But actually it has a long story..

Doraemon did have the ears long time ago. Here is the story:

One day, a lovely little kid wanted to requiet Doraemon, so he used clay to make a toy Doraemon. However, the ears were the most difficult part that they were hardly like the real Doraemon's ears. So the kid let the robot mouse to modify the ears which is made by clay. But the robot mouse misunderstood it and it bited the real Doraemon's ears until they seem like the clay Doraemon's ears.

That is the reason why Doraemon doesn't have ears. And he also has a secret that he is very scared about mouse...lol

Compared with Sakura momoko, doraemon is more brave and hard working. He is better on his multiple functions that he can take out anything if you want.  doraemon is pretty kind to his friend and also very resistant to the people who bullying his friends.

Sakura momoko, an ordinary girl, must have something special to affect thousands of young people. there are some differences from doraemon that she is not so smart but she never give up to be herself. even if everyone laugh at her, she still confident to face to tomorrow.

Seems like they are pretty match, aren't they? Both Doraemon and Sakura momoko attract people around the world. Doraemon can absolutely protect Sakura momoko when she meet some problems. And Sakura momoko can make him happy everyday.

Never say goodbye!

    As time goes by, we don't watch animation on the old tv anymore, no longer play gameboy with our friends in hot summer afternoon ,and do not climb the trees in order to pick the biggest apple like before.We have grown up, replacing the old tv by computer, reading books instead of cartoon,and understanding how to swallow tears when we are sad! However, we will never foget you -Doraemon and those things and people that we spent,cried,and laughed together!

    " Good bye"! my childhood , but never say "good bye" to you ,the beautiful and fantastic memories of my childhood!

Main members of "Doraemon"

Doraemon, the main protagonist of the series, is the titular robotic cat sent back in time by Sewashi to aid Nobita. He possesses a fourth-dimensional pocket from which he can acquire various kinds of futuristic tools, gadgets, and playthings from a future department store. Doraemon originally had ears but they were bitten off by a robotic mouse in the 22nd century. As a result, he developed a morbid fear of mice despite being a robotic cat, because he was suffering musophobia. He also has the tendency to panic during emergencies, characterized by him frantically trying to pull out a very much-needed tool from his pocket, only to produce a huge assortment of unrelated household items. Still, Doraemon is very friendly and intelligent, not to mention long-suffering because of Nobita's antics.

Nobita (born on 7 August 2000), is one of the main characters of the series and the center of the story. He is a fourth grader and is 10 years old^[4] in Tokyo's Nerima Ward and an only child. He wears glasses, a red or yellow polo shirt with a white collar, and blue shorts. Nobita's character flaws are endless: he is lazy, uncoordinated, dim-witted, frail, plain-looking, unlucky, and bad at sports. Nobita's typical day consists of arriving late on classes, scoring zeros in his tests, getting lectured by his teacher, being bullied by his classmates Gian and Suneo, falling into curbside rain gutters, being chased by dogs, and getting scolded by his mom for his sloth and poor academic results.

Shizuka (born on 2 December 2000), usually called Shizu-chan (静ちゃん^?) or Shizuka-chan (静香ちゃん^?), is the smart, kind and pretty neighborhood girl who is the object of Nobita's affections. She takes baths several times a day. Nobita often disrupts her in the bath due to some misuse of Doraemon's gadgets, and usually shouts out "Go away, pervert!" to Nobita. She is also known for taking piano lessons unwillingly, which is sometimes used as an excuse for declining to hang out with Nobita. She has dislike for Frogs. Her true passions are sweet potatoes, which she'd rather keep to herself out of the knowledge of others, and the violin, in which her playing is as atrocious as Gian's singing. Due to Doraemon's intervention, Shizuka will become Nobita's wife in the future timeline, and the mother of his son.

Takeshi (born on 15 June 2000), usually known by the nickname "Gian" (ジャイアン, Jaian^?) from English word "giant", is the big, strong, and quick-tempered local bully. He is known for his confidence in his terrible singing voice, though he considers himself a great singer. But in some episodes when his voice is recorded and he hears it, denies it being his voice and threatens to beat up the person who sung his songs in a bad way. He regularly subjects the neighborhood children to horrendous singing recitals, which is sometimes combined with his equally bad homemade dinner and his atrocious fashion sense. His favourite food is Stuffed Capsicum He also frequently steals other children's toys and books under the pretext of "borrowing" them, unless the toy is damaged. This is how most fans considered Gian to be the antagonist of this show. However, he does not hesitate to help Nobita and his friends when they are in real trouble, which often occurs in the movies.

Suneo (born on 29 February 2000), is the fox-faced (inherited from his mother) rich kid who loves to flaunt his material wealth before everyone. He is often seen with Gian, serving as Gian's lackey while they bully Nobita together, though deep down he fears and despises him as much as everyone else. Some of the stories start with Suneo showing off some new video game or toy which evokes Nobita's envy. He has an extensive knowledge of science, and is a talented artist and designer. He has the habit to invite Gian and Shizuka to something or someplace, but always leave Nobita out with one excuse or another.

Doraemon is sent back in time by Nobita Nobi's great-great grandson Sewashi to improve Nobita's conditions so that his children may enjoy a better future.

In the original time-line, Nobita experienced nothing but sadness and bad luck happen in the form of poor marks and grades, physical disasters, and bullying throughout his life. In order to change history and better the Nobi family's destiny, Sewashi sent him a robot called Doraemon.

Doraemon has a pocket from which he produces many gadgets, medicines, and tools from the future. The pocket is called yōjigen-pocket (means fourth-dimensional pocket). Some of the gadgets are based on real Japanese household devices with imaginary things but most are completely science fiction.

Thousands of gadgets have been featured in Doraemon. The number of gadgets has been approximated at 4,500. It is this constant mixture which makes Doraemon popular even among adult readers/viewers. In the series, the availability of gadgets depends sometimes on the money Doraemon had, and he often says some gadgets are expensive in the future.

The more famous gadgets that Doraemon have include the "bamboo-copter", a small head accessory that allows flight; the "Anywhere Door", a door that opens up to any place the user wishes; and the "Time Machine". Although he can hear perfectly well, Doraemon has no ears. His robotic ears were eaten by a mouse, giving him a series-long phobia of mouse.

Here is the author of Doraemon..

Fujiko F. Fujio was born at December 01, 1933 in Tayoma, Japan.

He was a penname of Japanese famous cartoonist Fujimoto Hiroshi. After leaving his native home for Tokyo, he started his drawing career working together with his partner and long-time friend, Motoo Abiko whose later held his penname Fujiko Fujio (A). 

Their co-penname was Fujiko Fujio, which later was well-known in Japan and in many countries. Fujimoto and his friend became briefly students of the greatest Japanese cartoonist Osamu Tetsuka.

Fujiomoto broke up with his buddy in 1987 and took the penname 'Fujiko F. Fujio'. He still released his many volumes of 'classic' manga which inspired numerous children and becoming adults all around the world.

His masterpiece has sent him to the most popular authors of cartoonist and manga all around the world especially with his book, 'Doraemon'.

He died from the effect of liver failure in September 23, 1996
