Why Doraemon doesn't have ears ?

He is a cat who has a round head, a round face, two round hands and a round body. However, he has no ears! That seems like a ridiculous thing! But actually it has a long story..

Doraemon did have the ears long time ago. Here is the story:

One day, a lovely little kid wanted to requiet Doraemon, so he used clay to make a toy Doraemon. However, the ears were the most difficult part that they were hardly like the real Doraemon's ears. So the kid let the robot mouse to modify the ears which is made by clay. But the robot mouse misunderstood it and it bited the real Doraemon's ears until they seem like the clay Doraemon's ears.

That is the reason why Doraemon doesn't have ears. And he also has a secret that he is very scared about mouse...lol
